These are estimate brackets, not binding quotes. The "Typical timeframe" column assumes a normal turnaround — emergency and after-hours work has a separate surcharge schedule at the bottom of the page.

For owners who want a steady technology partner. Specific terms are written into a short retainer agreement.
Emergency & after-hours pricing
After-hours = outside 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern. Weekend emergency = Saturday or Sunday during the same window.
